We currently ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time. Our products are regulated for transport (see "Why We Ship Ground Only" below), and these destinations generally require air transport, which our products are not permitted to travel by. If you place an order to one of these locations, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
P.O. boxes may be served through USPS only. If your order is assigned to a carrier that cannot deliver to a P.O. box, we will contact you for a street address before shipping.
Orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Orlando, Florida. Orders placed before [2:00 PM ET] Monday through Friday typically ship within [1–2] business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our facility.
All orders ship by ground service through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. We select the carrier based on your address and package size. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Expedited, overnight, and air shipping are not available for any ZYNOR product.
